The service can be delivered to customer-owned servers hosted in an Inforonics data center, in a client's data center, or in a third-party data center.

Each instance of Inforonics Guardian℠ includes:
Health & Security Assessments: Baseline the current state and build a solid foundation for continual improvement
Monitoring: Polling or trapping of equipment resource data, Operating System (OS) and application resource data, port availability and service availability
Trending and Graphing: Aggregation and graphing of polled data for resource planning
Remediation: Defined response to trouble alerts for timely resolution or escalation
Patching: OS, application, and device firmware patching
Managed Services Consulting: Each engagement includes up to four, one-hour, weekly meetings/calls. During these weekly meetings Inforonics and Client review recent events and actions, capacity planning, and opportunities to improve system performance. The Client is encouraged to use these reviews to ask questions and receive candid recommendations applicable to the engagement.

24 x 7 access to Inforonics' Client Portal and Inforonics ArkStar℠ Service Our client portal gives you 24 x 7 access to real-time statistics and trending graphs reporting on the elements you are most interested in:
- Real time current status of monitored resources, ports, and services
- Graphs showing trends over days, weeks, and months
- Private file transfer and storage area for sharing operational information
The Inforonics Assistance, Resolution and Knowledge Center : The Inforonics ARK is a hybrid of a Network Operations Center (NOC) and customer service call-center. The result is a premium 24x7 service that combines hardware and application alert handling with branded and tiered technical support. This combination of services allows effective and efficient management of client-defined work and communication flow in response to each call from you or your end-user. Also included with ARK services is management of automated alerts from monitored devices or systems, including issue verification, triage, escalation, resolution, client notification and post-event documentation.
Inforonics' Guardian℠ supports custom application monitoring that simulates end-user experiences, checks page availability and confirms application functionality by accessing and inputting data at defined time intervals and checking output against expected results. Unacceptable results like failed page loads, content string issues, slow load times, or poor quality rich media will generate alerts that can be triaged and escalated using client-defined run book processes - just like system alerts.
